I had a hip replacement done in southern Florida that left me in pain and with my leg over an inch shorter than my normal leg. Dr. Karas was very honest and stated if was him or anyone in his family he would recommend a hip revision. My wife and I agreed and surgery was set right after discussion. I am pain free, both legs are now the same length. Dr. Karas throughout process was very honest and gave me his opinions. He treated me like family. I felt very lucky and honored to have been treated by him. When I left he stated if I had any issues to get in touch with him and he would immediately take care of it.
Everyone on Dr Karas’ team had a smile on their face and were very helpful and professional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Karas and his team to everyone! I’d give him 10 stars but only allowed to give him 5.

Great care by dr Karas takes time to explain my surgery and what was going to be done with a partial knee replacement very cool guy I put my trust in him for my care and getting back to a regular life after surgery. I had a quick recovery with the care given to me from day of surgery til today 18 days after surgery I am doing therapy at Rush with their team which was set up weeks before I saw them by Dr. Kara's staff. His entire team surgical,support,office staff were caring and supportive with all my questions and needs.
