One of if thee BEST interaction with any doctor I've ever seen, visited or used!!! Dr. Karas has given me back my freedom of life along with it helping my DEPRESSION, ANXIETY and NO MORE HIP PAIN!!! Dr. Kara's did both of my hip replacement surgeries and I'm so grateful, happy, satisfied words can't express. He has literally given me and my family my life back and more. he's just not my doctor he's my brother and his team are my cousins especially Mckenzie G. She's my big slugger my Babe Ruth!!! My appointment was for a 1 year follow up to the bilateral hip replacements. While I only saw Dr. Karas in the hallway, one of his colleagues, Nathan Jent, answered all questions I had. However, I was told that I did not need to follow up for two years or sooner if any issues arise, but my visit summary indicates
I should follow up in a year. Overall, I appreciate the professional, respectful, & kind service I’ve experienced with Dr. Karas & his staff. I highly recommend contacting his office if you are having issues with your hip or hips.*

Excellent, customer care! It was so busy in his office he acknowledged how long it took and apologized for the delay. That’s never happened for me in other clinics. In addition to remembering my previous visits in detail, he also remembered my vacations and my husband. He sees and hears his patients! Great Customer Care from Dr Karas, McKenzie and Stefanie! Whole staff!*
